Peaches!!!
The peach tree in the back yard gave us quite a few peaches. I decided to try my hand at canning and after receiving as much info as we could get from multiple sources, Jason and I spent a Saturday canning peaches. We ended up with 35 quart jars. We cheered every time we heard a lid pop and seal because that meant we had actually done it right.

Wow! The peaches are gorgeous. It gives you a great sense of accomplishment, doesn't it?
I'm very impressed. Kind of makes my 8 quarts of applesauce look pathetic.
