Snow! I do love snow. I love the way it looks as it falls and waking up to a beautiful, white, untouched blanket of snow. (I just don't like driving in it.) Here's Allary watching it snow earlier this evening.
And.... Christmas goodies! Mmmmm! I love Christmas treats. Chocolate (of course), peppermint, hot cocoa, eggnog, homemade candies, etc etc.This weekend I made homemade fudge (my Grandma's recipe, although it has been said she may have gotten it off of a Marshmallow Cream jar, I still attribute it and all it's yummy goodness to her and my mom who made it every year). I also made White Chocolate Peppermint Crunch, a delicious recipe I got from my wonderful sister-in-law. I love this stuff and eat it by the bagfuls.
And, as always, I had a little help.

I love peppermint bark! That is my favorite! And how cute is that picture of Allary looking out the window? Those tights are adorable. And she is growing up so fast. Oh, I am coming home in a week and I thought we could have a girls day or night if you and Melinda are around. I will call you sometime this week or email me with when you are free! I will be there on sat or sun.

So do you make your fudge by the dropfuls? I think that's what is in the picture. I never put nuts in any of my stuff, and I worry that other people might think it's boring. I know you don't put nuts in anything either! What do you do to be creative?? I've never made the white chocolate peppermint stuff, but it looks really yummy!! Glad you girls get to enjoy the snow.
